Description
A refrigerator is a device that consists of a cooling device with a thermal insulation and a mechanism to transfer heat from inside this compartment to the outside. A refrigerator is used to keep food, medicine and other perishable things cool. Refrigerators have seen many changes since long ago. From natural glaciers to man-made underground glaciers and later oil and gas glaciers and all of today’s glaciers that work with electricity.
In the 11th century, the Iranian scientist Ibn Sina invented a refrigerant that is used to condense the bond of aromatic vapors. This was a big step in distillation technology and he used it for steam distillation
The first known artificial refrigerator was unveiled in 1748 by William Cullen at the University of Glasgow. Oliver Evans, an American inventor, who is known as the father of the refrigerator, invented the vapor compression refrigerator, however, he did not build a device that could go through the process. In 1834, Jacob Perkins was able to make the world’s first refrigerator by changing Evans’ original design. John Gorey, an American inventor from Florida, built the first mechanical refrigerator in 1841 based on Evans’ design, which she used to make ice to keep yellow fever patients cool. In 1853, the first refrigerator that could produce one ton of ice per day was registered by an American professor
In 1913, home refrigerators were invented by a person named W. Wolff. In 1914, engineer Nathaniel B. Wells presented an idea about electric refrigerators, which later became the basis for the Kelvinator.
Freestanding refrigerators and freezers have a compressor in their lower part and were invented by Alfred Melos in 1916. Melos produced this refrigerator for commercial purposes, but it was bought by William C. Durant, who started a company for mass production. This company unveiled its first automatic refrigerator in 1918
Abduction refrigerators were invented by Baltzerwan and Karl Munters during their student days. Although they were Swedish, their success was a global success, commercialized by Electrolux.
Other pioneers in this field include Charles Tellier, David Boyle and Raoul Pickett. Carl von Linde was the first person to get a patent for a freezer refrigerator
Refrigerator consists of different parts such as compressor, condenser, expansion valve and evaporator. The working principle of refrigerators and freezers is based on the evaporation and condensation of a fluid called refrigerant. Refrigerant is compressed in the compressor and turns into steam and gas with high pressure, this high-pressure gas flows in the spiral and copper pipes of the condenser that are in the vicinity of the air, and the temperature of the refrigerant gas decreases. Then, as the gas temperature decreases, the refrigerant gas enters the pressure relief valve and the gas is placed in a high-volume chamber. As the temperature decreases and the volume of the refrigerant vapor increases, it turns into a cold liquid. This cold liquid enters the evaporator and flows in the inner chamber of the refrigerator. In this section, it absorbs the temperature of the material inside the refrigerator, and by absorbing the temperature, the liquid refrigerant turns into gas again. The refrigerant gas is sucked by the compressor, then the compressor compresses the cold vapor and delivers the high-pressure vapor to the condenser, and this cycle repeats again.
The operation of the freezer is similar to the operation of the refrigerator. The most important difference between a freezer and a refrigerator is the power of the compressor and the placement of the evaporator tubes. Usually, the compressor power of the refrigerator is 1.6 horsepower and the compressor power of the freezer is 1.4 horsepower. So the freezer needs a stronger compressor. In old model refrigerators, two compressors are used, one for the refrigerator and one for the freezer at the same time
TacnoGold factory has been producing and supplying Iranian gas stoves and built-in products since 1369 and has been sending its products to all over Iran and neighboring countries for years. Iranian engineers and designers use the latest devices to produce all kinds of furnished gas stoves with single and double ovens, gas plates, hoods and built-in ovens. Technogold products are produced in 7 separate factory units and are always a leader in the gas and kitchen appliance industry.
